It is a classical style cathedral built in the 18th century. When you step inside, it has a simple structure and only natural light, so it doesn’t give you a glamorous impression. You can see the Art Nouveau style in the fences.

③Stanislas Square

This is the central square of the city, where a bronze statue of Stanislas Lenziski, King of Poland who ruled the Lorraine region, stands tall. The square is surrounded by elaborate buildings such as a museum, tourist information center, and town hall, and you can see the beautiful Art Nouveau style in the electric lights and fences. Due to the beauty of this decoration, it has been registered as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

This museum faces Place Stanislas. Starting with religious paintings, you can view works from the Middle Ages through the ages. Many crystal works created by the Dome brothers are displayed in the basement. There is a Baccarat near Nancy, and you can see many works here as well.

⑤Park of Nursery

A medieval gate at the end of the street. Nancy has gates in the north, south, east, and west around Place Stanislas, but this gate is the largest and strongest.

⑩Weissenberger’s house

It is an Art Nouveau house with a patterned blue roof. It is also the house where the Nancy School artist Weissenbürger lived.
★Continuing down the street, you will see the Arc de Triomphe.
⑪Desilles Gate

This is the Arc de Triomphe in the northern part of Nancy on the square. It is named after Lieutenant Desilles, who was killed during the Nancy Rebellion during the French Revolution.
