The garden was named after Diane de Poitiers, the second lord of the castle. Diane was the mistress of Henry II. The garden is 12,000 square meters in size and has been influenced by the Renaissance, with the fountain in the center a remnant from that time. Roses are in full bloom in spring, and hibiscus can be seen in summer. The surrounding area is built high to prevent flooding from the nearby Shale River.

This garden is named after Catherine de Medici, the third lord of the castle. Catherine was the legal wife of Henry II, who drove Diane out of the castle and made her the lord of the castle. She was particular about her gardens, which were especially influenced by Italy. This garden has a large fountain in the center of the 5,500 m2 site, and when the lavender blooms, it becomes even more beautiful with its beautiful purple color.
