【Start】①Bourg-en-Bresse Station
★Go to Alphonse Baudin Avenue in front of the station and turn left to go to Alsace Lorraine Avenue. It takes 15 minutes by walk.
②Tourist Information Center★Continue to walk on the avenue and turn left at Lalande Square.
③Old Area of Bourg-en-Bresse★Go to Palais St and when you arrive at Lices Square, go to Charles Jarrin St. When you arrive at a park, visit there to see a point of view.
④Theatre of Bourg-en-Bresse★Go to Bichat St in front of the theatre and turn left at Notre Dame St. It takes 5 minutes.
⑤Notre-Dame of Annunciation Cathedral★Go to Samaritaine St in front of the cathedral. When you arrive at Bon Enfants Square, turn left. Then turn left at the end and go to Brou Boulevard for 20 minutes.

The cathedral is located in the center of town, and the large clock tower in the center is the symbol of the town. The colors of the stained glass are very rich and each piece is worth looking at. You can also see delicately carved carvings on the clergy seats and pipe organ.

This is the main tourist attraction of this town. It is characterized by a roof with a pattern unique to the Burgundy region, and has a beautiful Gothic exterior. It was built by Marguerite Hautriche, who was active in diplomacy in the surrounding area, for her husband. Inside, there are many attractions, including two cloisters, a spacious church with a sacred atmosphere, an oak clergy seat, and a small museum on the second floor. Also, opposite the monastery, there are restaurants where you can eat Bresse chicken and souvenir shops.
