Nice beach

The Cote d’Azur region is famous for its beautiful Mediterranean Sea. During the summer holidays, people from all over France and all over the world come to this place for vacation. Nice is particularly famous for its beaches, but there are also other wonderful beaches such as Cannes.


Saint Paul de Vence

In addition to the coastal towns of the Côte d’Azur, there are also villages called Eagle’s Nest Villages in the inland areas. What is sandwiched is not meat, but the ingredients of the Nicoise-style salad introduced earlier, such as tuna, anchovies, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Farcis

Farcis is a meat-stuffed dish of tomatoes and peppers. Kneaded minced meat is stuffed inside hollowed-out vegetables and baked in the oven. It is a dish that is commonly eaten not only in this region but throughout France.
