★Go to the street in front of the station and pass a bridge to go to Amiral de Kerguélen Boulevard. When you go along the river, you find a castle on the right hand. It takes 15 minutes by walk.
②Brittany Museum③St-Corentin Cathedral
★Go to Saint-Corentin Square.
④Art Museum★Go to Elie Frénon St and turn left at the first crossroad to go to Sallé St. Then, turn left at the end and turn right at the first crossroad to walk in the city. When you pass a bridge, turn left to go to René Madec St. When you arrive at the river, turn right and walk along the river. Then, pass a bridge and turn right. It takes 30 minutes by walk.
⑤Pottery Museum and Shop★Return the street and go along the river to go back to the station. It takes 30 minutes by walk.

The cathedral, located right next to the museum, was constructed in the 13th century and was the first in Brittany to adopt the Gothic style. Illustrations are drawn on the stained glass, but there are some differences in the touches, so it’s fun to compare them. The cathedral itself has an unusual structure with a slightly curved interior.

This museum faces the same square as the cathedral. It was founded when Jean-Marie de Silguy, an old family in Brittany, donated his collection. It has approximately 1,200 paintings and 2,000 drawings. Landscape paintings depicting Quimper and Quimper pottery are also on display.
