Bouillabaisse, which is famous in Japan, is a specialty dish of the Provence region. The bouillabaisse is the soup on the right in the photo, but when I ordered it, it came with even more fish than that. There are many restaurants in Marseille, including those near the Old Port, but be aware that many of the bouillabaisse restaurants require advance reservations. Check out other Provence specialties here! !
