Although the store has long opening hours, it is always busy, so you may have to wait quite a while during lunch and dinner hours. I went around 10h30 am during the holiday season, but there was no line and I was able to order right away.

The system works by placing your order at the register and receiving a receipt number. When your number is displayed on the monitors inside and outside the store, you can go and collect your order. Right next door there is also a bakery, bar, gelato shop and other shops in the same chain.
